CONFIDENTIAL & COURT ORDERED TESTING

Our comprehensive approach includes analyzing hair strand, fingernail, oral fluid, or urine samples, providing a thorough understanding of an individual's substance use history. We understand the importance of drug testing, whether a court orders it or it is done privately.

Hair Follicle Drug Testing

Hair follicle tests can show drug use up to 90 days, so people often use them in family court and personal matters. The test requires strands of hair about 1.5 inches long. Body hair can show a drug use history for up to 12 months as an alternative.

Fingernail Drug Testing

Fingernail drug testing is an advanced method that uses fingernails to check for drug and alcohol use. Fingernails are strong, easy to collect, and can store biomarkers for up to 6 months for drug testing. They are more effective than hair for capturing substances. Toenails can store biomarkers for up to 12 months.

POCT (Point of Collection) Urine Drug Test

This rapid assessment indicates the presence of drugs in the system instantly. It doesn't quantify the drug amount, but it can detect if drugs are in the system. The outcomes are available instantly.

Lab Based Drug Test

We offer detailed lab-based drug tests for a wide range of drugs. A SAMSHA certified laboratory processes and analyzes these tests, providing accurate results. Our knowledgeable staff can help you choose the right test based on the suspected drugs.

If a test comes back positive, our Medical Review Officer will first determine if the drug detected is legal. Then, they will discuss any prescription medications the client may be taking. If the client has a valid prescription, we will consider the positive result as a negative drug test.

Childguard Drug Test

When a child is around illegal drugs, they may also face other challenges. Our test detects passive drug exposure in children by analyzing their hair. A hair drug test can detect drug exposure in children for up to 3 months.

Various methods exist for drugs to get into your system... One method is through inhaling smoke. Alternatively, you could come into contact with a drug user's perspiration or sebum. Intentional or accidental consumption of drugs is another possibility.

ALCOHOL TESTING OPTIONS

We use a breathalyzer machine to check alcohol levels by analyzing a person's breath. The person breathes into the machine until their lungs are empty. The breath can detect alcohol for 8-12 hours after consumption.

URINE ALCOHOL TESTING

  • Urine alcohol tests can show if someone has recently consumed alcohol, usually within the past 40 to 80 hours.

HAIR FOLLICLE ALCOHOL TESTING

  • The hair alcohol test looks for alcohol use over three months by measuring a substance called Ethyl Glucuronide (EtG). This substance is a byproduct of alcohol and is a reliable marker for alcohol presence. The test helps detect alcohol abuse and identify alcohol dependence.

NAIL ALCOHOL TESTING

  • Nail alcohol testing is similar to hair alcohol testing. Both methods measure a substance called Ethyl Glucuronide (EtG), which is a trace byproduct of alcohol. To conduct a nail alcohol test, clip the donor's fingernails and take pieces 2-3 mm long from all 10 fingers or toes. You can use this type of testing as an alternative to hair testing.
